Pierre Zéro was honored to be featured on CBS Mornings, during a special segment dedicated to New Year’s Eve wine and champagne selections.
For this occasion, Ray Isle, Executive Wine Editor at Food & Wine Magazine, was invited to share his curated selection on air.
While tasting Pierre Zéro by Maison Chavin, he reacted with surprise:
“This one, this Pierre Zéro… I was like, oh wow! This is the non-alcoholic? Yeah.”
He then explained what makes Pierre Zéro distinctive:
“What they did is they used a little bit of actual non-fermented Chardonnay juice in it, which gives it a little more presence, a little more body than most non-alcoholic wines. It’s not sweet it kind of blew me away.”
As we move into Dry January, discover how CHAVIN’s non-alcoholic alternatives can accompany your alcohol-free moments without compromising on taste, structure, or elegance.
Thank you to the CBS Mornings team for the spotlight, and to our U.S. partner Kobrand for their continued support.
