It has a beautiful slightly pink color. This mocktail has an aromatic, vibrant and bitter mouthfeel. The tart but generous flavor of orange peel combines with notes of spice and vanilla for the right balance between sweetness and bitterness. The nose reveals aromas of bitter orange peel and spices.
Production process
Florentina is a subtle blend crafted by our oenologists. A simple recipe made of concentrated grape musts, organic yeast infusions and aromas, which give life to a range of colorful and aromatic ready-to-drink alcohol-free cocktails. The foam is obtained by adding natural carbon dioxide at very low temperature. The bottle then goes through a pasteurization tunnel in order to stabilize its content, which allows to free itself from the use of preservatives and sulfites. A certified organic drink which is also guaranteed without pesticides.
