The Le Petit Etoilé range was initially developed for the hotel and restaurant sector. It stands out for its concept of a wine without fermentation, without preservatives and without sulphites preserving the beneficial components of grapes, and allowing the highest possible quality non-alcoholic approach to the world of wine.

The non-alcoholic drinks of the Le Petit Etoilé brand are made from great organic French grape varieties such as Chardonnay in white and Cabernet Sauvignon for red. Le Petit Etoilé is also available in rosé and sparkling white for a complete aromatic palette.

Thanks to Le Petit Etoilé, you can rediscover the world of food and wine pairings but without alcohol! Enjoy it either directly in a wine glass or assembled in a delicious mocktail to create even more new flavours.

Tasting notes

The non-alcoholic organic sparkling Le Petit Etoilé Chardonnay reveals delicate bubbles that are both fine and enduring. The colour is pale yellow, with brilliant and silvery reflections. The nose has crisp aromas of white flowers, green apple and white pear which mingle with pleasant lemony and buttery notes. The mouthfeel is one of creamy and caressing foam, revealing flavours of citrus fruits and an incomparable freshness.

Production process

After de-stemming and crushing, the skin maceration of the grapes is carried out cold, at around 4°C. This maceration, carried out before pressing, lasts for 8 hours and enables the extraction of all the compounds of the grape, such as polyphenols, anthocyanins, tannins and resveratrols, as well as minerals and aromatic headnotes. The aromatic complexity is obtained through maturing with infusions of organic seeds and French oak.

Tasting notes

Le Petit Étoilé Cabernet Sauvignon, non-alcoholic organic cuvée, stands out for its very deep ruby red colour. The nose glorifies the characteristic aromas of the grape variety; jammy fruit, blackcurrant, morello cherry, vanilla and cloves. The palate, centred on the fruit, offers a very beautiful tannic substance. Spicy and peppery notes add warmth and persistence to the finish.

Production process

Hot pre-fermentation maceration at about 75°C, allowing to accelerate the extraction of the coloring matter and the tannins. The aromatic complexity is obtained thanks to an ageing in the form of organic seed infusions and French oak.
