The professional publication Au cœur du CHR highlights the latest creation from Maison Chavin: Chavin Zéro Rosé Effervescent Vin de France.
A pioneer in dealcoholized wine, Chavin continues to expand its collection of refined cuvées, combining innovation, elegance, and authenticity.
Produced through low-temperature vacuum distillation, this sparkling rosé preserves the wine’s natural aromas. With no added flavorings and only 13 kcal per 100 ml, it delights with notes of redcurrant, blackcurrant buds, and fresh red berries.
The palate reveals a lively attack followed by a silky, balanced texture and a delicate saline finish the hallmark of Chavin’s craftsmanship.
Fabrice Sommier, Meilleur Ouvrier de France in Sommellerie and Chavin’s partner, recommends serving it at 8–10°C, paired with pan-seared scallops, crab in rose jelly, or fresh Camembert with acacia honey.
