Bœuf Bourguignon, organic Cabernet Sauvignon, has a purple and dense color. The seductive and fruity scents of black berries are mixed with spicy and wild garrigue notes. On the palate, the structure is elegant and well-balanced : roundness, fruity, spicy. This is a wine with a smooth texture, silky tannins and a long finish.
