LE PETIT ÉTOILÉ

ORION


Ingredients:

  • 50 ml Le Petit étoilé Chardonnay
  • 30 ml rhubarb cordial
  • 15 ml vanilla syrup
  • 30 ml fresh lemon juice
  • Sichuan pepper

 

Elaboration:

Pour all the ingredients into a shaker filled with ice.

Shake actively then filter above the glass filled with ice.

Season with Sichuan pepper and serve immediately.

ZÉRA

POLARIS


Ingredients:

  • 50 ml Zéra Rosé
  • 15 ml basil & Timut pepper syrup
  • 30 ml passion fruit puree
  • 20 ml fresh lime juice
  • Basil leaves

 

Elaboration:

Pour all the ingredients into a big bowl. Stir with a large spoon. Add ice cubes and serve with a ladle.  Garnish with a basil leave.

Adapt the quantities to the number of guests. The cocktail can be planned ahead and stored in a cool place.

ÔPIA

CAPELLA


Ingredients:

  • Fresh strawberry juice
  • Cardamom syrup
  • Fresh lime juice
  • 70 ml Opia Chardonnay sparkling

 

Elaboration:

Crush the strawberries with a pestle in the bottom of the shaker. Fill in the shaker with ice cubes and pour the Cardamom syrup and the fresh lime juice.

Shake actively and then filter delicately with a pulp sieve and a ice cubes strainer above a champagne glass.

Add Opia Chardonnay sparkling and serve immediately.
